Изложены основные положения построения системы корпоративного обучения, направленные на повышение качества и конкурентоспособности инженерных кадров, использование инновационных технологий, форм и методов корпоративного обучения. Даны предложения по построению механизма развития инженерных кадров организаций электроэнергетики через формирование центров оценки конкурентоспособности работников.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article puts forward new approaches to designing the system of shaping and developing engineering personnel in organizations of electric power engineering, which take into account certain specific features of developing labour in today's organizations. The author presents key principles of building systems of corporate training aiming at improving the quality and competitiveness of engineering personnel, the use of innovation technologies, forms and methods of corporate training.
