В статье проведен анализ стратегических целей экологически устойчивого сбалансированного развития Российской Федерации на период до 2050 г. и представлены ключевые траектории их достижения. Авторами идентифицированы основные вызовы экологической безопасности России в долгосрочной перспективе и разработаны стратегические направления противодействия угрозам экологической безопасности глобального характера. На основе проведенного исследования доказаны эволюционные тенденции усиления роли экологического менеджмента в современных условиях развития общества как императива устойчивого развития мира. Проведенный структурно-исторический анализ эволюции инструментов экологического менеджмента в фокусе глобальных экологических вызовов позволил выделить современные тенденции развития экологически ориентированных процессов, систематизировать приоритеты и основные задачи экологической политики, определить способы принятия управленческих решений, а также исследовать применяемые методы и инструменты управления. Установлено, что отличительной особенностью настоящего этапа эволюции инструментов экологического менеджмента является утверждение межотраслевого подхода к охране окружающей среды и поиск принципиально новых путей к комплексному решению существующих социо-эколого-экономических проблем.

The article analyzes strategic targets of ecologically sustainable balanced development of the Russian Federation up to 2050 and provides key trajectories of their achievement. The authors identified principle challenges to ecological security of Russia in the long term and elaborated strategic tracks of eliminating threats to ecological security of global character. On the basis of the research they proved evolutionary trends of increasing the role of ecological management in current circumstances of society development as an imperative of sustainable global development. Structural and historical analysis of ecological management tool evolution in view of global ecological challenges gave an opportunity to highlight present day tracks in the development of ecologically-oriented processes, systematize priorities and key goals of ecological policy, show ways of managerial decision-making and research methods and tools of management. It was found that the specific feature of the present stage of ecological management tool evolution implies inter-sectoral approach to environment protection and search for brand new ways in solving current social and economic problems.
