Технологическая трансформация предприятия представляет собой комплекс мероприятий, направленных на внедрение информационно-коммуникационных, ресурсосберегающих и прочих технологий с целью выпуска инновационной продукции, обеспечения значительных организационных улучшений в бизнесе и приведения его в соответствии с динамично меняющимися потребностями рынка. В статье представлена авторская классификация трансформационных процессов в зависимости от их скорости и необходимости проведения, а также предложена модель технологической трансформации производственных предприятий. Модель включает четыре направления преобразований – производственных процессов, закупочно-сбытовой деятельности, организации рабочего пространства и финансовых процессов. Анализ преимуществ внедрения технологических усовершенствований показал, что они способствуют ускорению рабочих операций, сокращению избыточных действий и затрат ресурсов, а также повышению качества обслуживания клиентов и эффективности деятельности предприятия в целом. Основнымипроблемами формирования современной технологической среды производственных предприятий являются отсутствие поддержки со стороны руководства и рядовых сотрудников, высокая стоимость внедрения инноваций и угроза безопасности хранения данных.
