Анализ основан на нормализованном корпусе из 4 948 публикаций за период с 1970 по 2025 г., охватывающем 623 журнала. По дескриптивным и эмпирическим работам прослеживаются устойчивые связи: денежные переводы соотносятся со снижением показателей бедности и ростом частных инвестиций домохозяйств; диаспорные сети – с увеличением экспорта и вероятности прямых иностранных инвестиций; научные и предпринимательские сообщества мигрантов – с публикационной и патентной активностью и созданием фирм. В отношении государственной политики обобщены практики регулирования правового статуса, режимов въезда и пребывания, налогового регулирования, академических и предпринимательских треков, а также сервисов реинтеграции. Статистические оценки фиксируют эффект программ возврата; вариация размеров эффекта связана с составом применяемых мер и институциональными параметрами их исполнения. Представленная структура позволяет сопоставлять программы по показателям возврата и удержания, занятости, инновационной активности и привлечения инвестиций и выделять направления, где необходимы более строгие причинные оценки и повышение полноты и сопоставимости статистической базы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article systematized economic research concerning the issue of expat community economy in two aspects: impact channels (cash remittances, direct and portfolio investment; knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurship) and policy of voluntary return. Analysis is based on standardized block of 4 948 publications in the period from 1970 to 2025 that covers 623 journals. In descriptive and empiric works we can observe stable links: cash remittances correspond to a drop in poverty indicators and a rise in private investment of households; expat community networks – to increase in export and possibility of direct foreign investment; academic and business communities of migrants – to publication and paten activity and company setting-up. In terms of state policy the following practices were generalized: regulation of legal status, conditions of entry and stay, tax regulation, academic and business treks and reintegration services. Statistic data show the return program effect; options of effect amounts are connected with the character of measures and institutional parameters of their implementation. The provided structure helps compare programs by indicators of return and retention, employment, innovation activities and raising investment and identify trends, where more strict cause estimations are necessary, as well as more complete and comparable statistic base.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>диаспоры</kwd><kwd>миграция</kwd><kwd>денежные переводы</kwd><kwd>торговля</kwd><kwd>прямые иностранные инвестиции</kwd><kwd>портфельные инвестиции</kwd><kwd>трансфер знаний</kwd><kwd>научные диаспоры</kwd><kwd>предпринимательство</kwd><kwd>возврат мигрантов&#13;
