STATE FINANCE CONTROL: ISSUES OF ORGANIZATION AND INTERACTION IN TODAY'S RUSSIAN CONDITIONS

Abstract

In conditions of complicated macro-economic situation in Russia effectiveness of state finance control is becoming more and more important. The article discusses key issues of state control organization in our country, such as underdeveloped categorical apparatus, weak institutional structure of state finance control and its staff support. The authors analyze violations disclosed by the Federal Service of Finance and Budget Supervision and identify ways of resolving problems which are based on scientifically grounded model of state finance control bodies' functioning. They aim at raising its efficiency and consequently, reaching the targets of Russian economy modernization.
