Compensatory Mechanism of Rational Management of Natural Resource Use at Russian Enterprises

Abstract

Working-out new approaches to ecology-oriented development of national economy requires new highlytechnological and science-intensive enterprises putting out products with high level of added value at the expense of introduction of innovation ecologically effective technologies and complex ecological modernization of Russian enterprises. The article analyzes strategic goals of ecologically sustainable well-balanced development of the Russian Federation up to 2050 and provides key trajectories of their attaining. The fact of ignoring green growth parameters in governmental strategic documents was proved. On the basis of the present research compensatory mechanism of managing rational natural resource use and algorithm of its practical realization were worked out. It could compensate for the damage incurred to ecosystems and ensure preservation, restoration and increase in lifeproviding conditions of the environment in accordance with the level of negative impact on the environment within the frames of fundamental provisions of the author’s concept of balanced interaction of society and nature as a basis of sustainable development of the world.
