Исследование влияния технологической готовности стран к цифровой трансформации и внедрение бизнесом современных технологий для создания ценности

Аннотация

Цифровая трансформация постепенно переводит в цифровой формат деятельность правительств, бизнеса и отдельных лиц. Однако лишь небольшое количество исследований посвящено изучению готовности стран к цифровой трансформации, а также ее влиянию на то, как предприятия используют современные технологии с целью создания ценности. Таким образом, цель данного исследования – изучение влияния готовности Египта и России к цифровой трансформации на освоение бизнесом новых технологий для создания ценности в течение десятилетнего периода – с 2008 по 2017 г. Проанализированные нами данные являются лонгитюдными и легли в основу панельного исследования. В результате исследования определено, что меры, предпринимаемые Египтом и Российской Федерацией в области цифровой трансформации (т. е. расходы на исследования и разработки, количество ученых и технических специалистов в области исследований и разработок), влияют на освоение бизнесом цифровых технологий и создание технологической ценности. Таким образом, это исследование дополняет существующие знания о цифровой трансформации и имеет практическую значимость для правительств Египта и России в части рекомендаций продолжать повышать свою готовность к цифровой трансформации и проводить исследования в этой области.
