Tools Necessary to Transform the Enterprise Strategy Development with Due Regard to Green Economy Requirements

Abstract
The article deals with studying strategies and efficiency of motivation policy used by industrial enterprises in view of economy ecologization. It provides the complex analysis of steps aimed at fostering ecologically sustainable development of enterprises and their contribution to overall economic ecologization. The author studies different strategies of motivation used by enterprises in order to cut the adverse effect on the environment and introduce innovation ecologically clean technologies. Special attention is paid to providing incentives to workers involved in processes of ecological modernization, as well as appraisal of their efficiency in the long run. Key elements of successful motivation policy were demonstrated that can promote sustainable development of industrial enterprises in conditions of ecological challenges. The proposed recommendations can be used as a practical guidance for companies wishing to introduce ecological innovation in their work.
