Shaping and Developing Multi-Level System of Logistic Integration Mechanisms in Supply Chains

Abstract

The article studies the approach to shaping and developing multi-level system of logistic integration of participants of supply chains on the basis of step-by-step use of integration mechanisms. On the basis of universal criteria the author estimated the level of 4 groups of enterprises research participants (production and trade companies, storehouse and transport operators). The author tried to apply the method of functional equations to searching optimal variant of distributing logistic integration mechanisms by the level of interaction between suppliers and customers. The goal of the research is to use in practice the advanced approach in step-by-step forming supply chains of strategic partnerships. The result of the research is presented in the form of multi-level integration model that allows suppliers and customers to develop relations on the basis of joint planning mechanism, informational integration, suppliers’ motivation, harmonization of guiding documents and joint use of resources. In the research methods of hierarchy analysis, questionnaires and expert appraisals, comparative analysis, dynamic optimization were used.
