SYSTEMATIZATION OF THE PROBLEM OF RESOLVING JURIDICAL DISPUTES IN THE FIELD OF PROFESSIONAL SPORTS

Abstract
The topicality of the problem is stipulated by the fact that every year the number of civil cases increases, which are connected with the field of professional sports and the effective system of legal relations between different subjects in instances of appeal and cassation. It deals mainly with the current problems of law application in the field of resolving similar disputes in courts of first instances. It should be mentioned that today the role of professional resolving of juridical conflict in the field of sports in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction is increasing. The aim of the article is to analyze and systematize the problem of resolving juridical disputes in the field of professional sports. In order to conduct research the author used institutional approach and methodology developed by Professor of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics M. M. Telemtaev. The article provides the etymological analysis of the research problem.
