REFORMING OF THE RUSSIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM: PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF PREPARATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SHOTS (foreign and Russian experience)

Abstract

The article shows the place of programs of training managerial staff in the general system of educational programs and trends of their development. As managers, especially executives take strategically important for the country decisions the development of this line is considered to be of high priority all over the world. The author describes two promising directions in managerial staff training: training of professional executives under the program 'Master of Business Administration' (MBA) and shaping in Russia a new system of granting applied research grades - Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). The article demonstrates opportunities which could be opened for Russian economy by these programs and challenges which should be overcome by Russian education during their development.
