LABOUR ECONOMY AND HR MANAGEMENT – PROSPECTS OF SPECIALISTS TRAINING

Abstract

The article deals with training specialists in the field of labour relations, which is connected with shaping market relations in Russia and as a result requires designing a separate independent direction for training specialists of professional education in HR management as this demand is constantly rising. The mentioned trend complies with the international practice of training specialists in the field of labour and demonstrates the initiatives put forward by the National Association of HR Managers, the Russian Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and higher educational institutions. The authors identify problems of developing the profession, show first results of designing professional standards on HR management. They prove the inevitability of training specialists with orientation to micro- and macro-level. A suggestion was made concerning setting up new departments: HR Management and Labour Market Management.
