SOCIAL MECHANISMS OF RAISING COMPETITIVENESS OF PROFESSIONAL ENTITIES

Abstract

The article discloses substance aspects of competitiveness of professional entities. The author provides her understanding of competitiveness of activity entities which is described as a controlled social phenomenon. It depends on many inter-dependent social factors. The author grounds the idea that competitiveness of professional activity entities includes motivation for attaining success, professionalism, efficient work and responsibility for its results, constructive behaviour. To improve competitiveness of collective entities the author offers to form social and ethic strategies oriented not only to profit gaining but also to realization of value targets taking into account priority values, such as cooperation, partnership, spiritual values, honesty, justice.
