INCREASING EFFICIENCY OF STATE FINANCE CONTRAL WHILE ATTAINING GOALS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract
The article deals with issues connected with state control functioning at the present stage. The authors study certain shortcomings and violations found by control bodies in the field of finance, taxation and spending target budget funds. They appraise the work of the Federal Service of Finance and Budget Supervision and design key directions for enhancing state finance control and raising its efficiency. The ways of reaching these targets are also discussed
