Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

Author Guidelines

Presented material must be original, cannot be published earlier in the same formin other publications.

The content and structure of the text must include the following compulsory elements:

–scientific formulating of the task (the question which must be answered in the article);

–system of proofs and scientific arguments;

–findings of the research;

–bibliography, including foreign materials.

The content of the article must comply with the journal subject.

The article must be written in the language clear both to experts in the fieldand the public interested in discussing the topic.

Prior to the title of the article it is necessary to mention all authors (their initialsand surnames).

Then it is needed to provide the summary (no more than 500 unitswith blanks) and key words.

At the end of the article it is obligatory to give information about the author (degree, title, job) and contacts (telephone number and e-mail address). The title and summary of the article, key words, information about authors and bibliography must be provided both in Russian and in English, bibliography is provided by transliteration. The volume of the article cannot exceed 20,000 typographic units. The text must be typed in MS Word with 1.5 interval on one side of A4 paper with Times New Roman 12pt, pages must be numbered.

Figures must have the extension compatible with MS Word. All symbols on figures must be explained in the body or figure text. All figures and tables must have headlines. Coloured figures and charts are not recommended as the journal is published in one colour.

In mathematic formulas Greek and Russian letters must given in upright type and Latin letters in italics. Only formulas which are referred to in subsequent text must be numbered. Formulas must have a through numeration.

Bibliography must be given according to the effective standard (GOST P7.0.5-2008).

Articles arriving to the editorial office undertakes compulsory anonymous reviewing.

By decision of editorship articles can be sent to the author for improvement or rejected by formal or academic reasons (author will receive a motivated rejection).

Together with their typescript authors must provide a licensing agreement and acceptance report. Post-graduate students are not charged for publishing the typescript.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.

3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

4. Text should be typed with an interval of one line spacing, font Times New Roman, 12 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).

5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
