SOCIAL NETWORKS: STUDENTS' SATISFACTION WITH UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION WORK

Abstract

The article provides an original way of finding out the students' attitude towards university administration work through studying their comments in social networks. By analyzing students' opinion the impact of big events in university life on students' opinions in social networks was characterized. The model of interactions between students and administration in a typical calendar year was developed. As a result of the research conclusions were drawn and recommendations were given aimed at enhancing the interaction between the university administration and students in social networks.
