Finance Security as Synergetic Effect of Finance System Functioning

Abstract

The article aims at wider understanding of finance security phenomenon. The authors tried to shift the investigation focus from analyzing properties of certain components and safety of the whole finance system functioning to net processes of in-building of each element in the dynamic structure of finance market to identify new aspects of finance security phenomenon and define relevant factors of its attainment. Analyzing features of finance system functioning in view of the theory of compound dynamic systems helps draw a conclusion about synergetic nature of the finance security phenomenon. It was shown that element of finance system that is effective from individual point of view but is not built coherently in the general mechanism of its functioning can hinder operation of other elements and the system as a whole. It could mean the necessity of reaching individual and systemic efficiency by all components of finance system in order to provide national finance security. Factors were found that hinder coherent functioning of finance system elements, at the same time lines of applying managerial efforts aimed at providing coherent functioning of finance system components were identified.
