Factors of Shaping Innovation Climate in Organization with Regard to Digital Transformation of Economic Activities

Abstract

The article carried out retrospective literature review of branch investigations, as a result it was found that traditional models (systems) of factors of shaping innovation climate in organization (ICO) that create benefits on internal environment and social and psychological aspects are burdened with closeness, fragmentation and do not take into account fundamental changes taking place under the impact of ecosystem digitalization. As a response to identified drawbacks and challenges of today’s economy a system of 6 key factors of shaping was developed. The author put forwards a holistic ecosystem-oriented approach, which integrates internal and external determinants of innovation activities and helps adequately assess and control innovation climate in organization with regard to digital transformation of economic activities in conditions of passing over to platform businessmodels.
