Abstract
Human capital is an important resource of any university. Efficiency and quality of educational institutions' work depend directly on quantitative and qualitative indicators of intellectual and human capital of workers. Today the focus in organizing business processes is shifting from managing labour resources of the organization to managing costs and risks of the human capital. Thus investment in the development of university personnel should be considered as investment playing an important role in the process of increasing human capital of society. The article investigates factors of shaping human capital, the model of the human capital return, estimates efficiency of managerial decisions based on the metric approach and provides findings of the research of human capital of the Russian Plekhanov University of Economics faculty.

Abstract
The article analyzes the most popular forms of doing business, such as unitary, divisional, adhocratic, module and network and discusses their advantages and disadvantages. It is grounded that present day Russian practice of integrating science-intensive companies does not take into account either new forms of integration being developed in the world now or positive soviet experience. The author identifies the key drawbacks of organizational structure of big Russian integrated bodies. Scientific novelty of the article implies the use of institutional methodology for the analysis of the practice for creating and managing large institutional complexes. For example, it could be researching possibilities of using different regulatory systems (methods of coordination) of these structures participants.

Abstract
In article on the basis of dialectic approach the essence of the concept 'integration' is defined and five main theoretical treatments of integration are given: dialectic antipode of differentiation; merge and absorption; strategic alliance and control; basis of formation of multinational corporation and MNK; interstate economic cooperation and association. By the author it is shown that integration has to be considered in dialectic unity with differentiation. It is proved that forms of integration of business answer its purpose, strategy and a concrete situation. Value of coordination as key moment of realization of integration processes reveals, dialectic communication of mechanisms of marketability and regularity for realization of multilevel system of economic interests and the purposes is presented. Some features of forms of integration of business in Russia are analysed.

Abstract
The extended use of network organizational structures is often interpreted as a universal trend leading to exclusion of other organizational forms of business. In contrast to such assessment of organizational evolution prospects the article focuses on factors restricting the practical applicability of network structures. It was stated that transfer of a certain part of business processes to other companies can become a means of innovative competition. However, this type of competition requires a clear-cut co-ordination of business processes, which is not always attainable within the frames of the network structure. The author points out that the difficulty of co-ordination is especially great when innovation projects have a inter-sectoral character.

Abstract
The article shows the author's opinion on the present situation in the taxation system and exposes the impact of changing the structure of taxes on shaping the revenues of the consolidated budget. The author identifies the reasons for and factors causing the necessary correction of tax coming to the federal budget. Steps aimed at implementation of the government crisis plan were analyzed. Arguments on reforms of the taxation system and their expected effects were put forward. The article compares different points of view concerning the situation in economy and their impact on taxes and budget. The most acute bills were considered. The necessity to raise the status and extend authorities of taxation bodies was substantiated.

Abstract
The author was the first to discuss the issue about the limits of necessary for the population finance literacy in market conditions. The lower limit of finance literacy is determined by the tasks of protecting ordinary market participants against aggressive forms of present day advertising, against groundless finance losses of private profit in conditions of finance and economic crises. Enhancing finance literacy is not a tool of raising confidence to finance institutions but it can promote their responsible work with clients. Asymmetric information on finance markets and professionalism of their trade dealers act as a higher limit of finance literacy usefulness. No changes in it would allow to alter the place of ordinary client on today's finance market.

Abstract
The issue of global cash flows on world markets is becoming extremely important today. The article deals with the problem of supervising and regulating commercial banks in the US, Japan, the EU and Great Britain. The author provides indicators of finance efficiency of large banks of industrialized countries and BRICS. Principle barriers preventing higher efficiency of credit organizations functioning and arranging banking market with higher liquidity were described. The author proposes key provisions of the strategy aimed at the development of the national system of managing bank risks and methods of enhancing the information base in order to improve bank risk management.

Abstract
In conditions of current development of taxation policy in Russia the activity of interrelated companies is connected with serious financial risks arising in the result of government control over their deals. It stipulates topicality and necessity to design in-house methodology for handling controlled deals. The author demonstrates theoretical and methodological approaches to designing the model of assessing the total finance risk in controlled deals. The present model was designed with due regard to the effective practice of taxation and principles of state regulation of controlled deals of companies, whose subject is granting in-group loans and credits.

Abstract
The article puts forward the approach to designing the indicator of dwelling comfort. The author studies the procedure of demolishing houses of the 1st period of industrial house-building and models processes of developed territories renovation. Variants of reconstruction projects are discussed, which take into account the overseas experience and possible sources of finance. The author identifies the most important criteria of dwelling comfort through conducting a survey in the form of group questioning. The findings were analyzed. On the basis of the research a model for finding the maximum efficiency of using developed territories liable for renovation was designed.

Abstract
The article researches the problem of truck transport service in big cities, for example Moscow. The work of transport companies which effect carriage is not coordinated or controlled and it can hinder passenger traffic, as well as movement of pedestrians and dwellers of these territories. In order to make truck transport more rational organizational model was designed, which can settle a number of problems. The authors discuss the expediency of setting up a transport and logistics center whose task will be to distribute products among transport companies, to develop a unique information media for participants of transport and logistics processes and other functions.

Abstract
Innovation technologies, dynamic global economic processes make it necessary to revise existing methods of advertising activity and ways of using the system of marketing communications. Within the frames of the present article the author investigates a segment of B2B market, in particular a field of conference-arranging business. Advertising activity of the enterprise of conference-arranging business is connected with grounding, selecting and effective use of tools, technologies, processes, operations, mechanisms of creating, delivering and passing information about a planned even (conference) along specific channels of advertising to a concrete addressee of consumer audience. The author identifies certain specific advertising activity of enterprises of conference-arranging business: economic, managerial, communicative and innovative. Economic features deal with basic parameters of product promotion; managerial - with parameters of segmentation of key market entities; communicative - with coverage and intensity of advertising events, innovative - with the content and specificity of conference-arranging events. Taking into account the sum total of these features will provide an opportunity to use the strategic approach to organizing advertising activity for enterprises of conference-arranging business.

Abstract
A universal scale of a position of a company is proposed in the paper, it includes the cluster and descriptive variables. The scale was tested on the companies representing the world food industry. A cluster structure of the industry which reflects the main stages of growth of the company is obtained. Distinctive feature of this work is its empirical basis. Applying the method developed in this paper it is easy to determine the identity of a company to a particular cluster which gives a rather full impression regarding advantages and disadvantages of a current position of a company. The proposed analysis method allows identifying the most important stages of a company position and possible problems which can appear as soon as it growths up and its structure becomes more complicated.

Abstract
Geographic location and history stipulate the development of close trade contacts between Russia and the Chinese People's Republic, including the sphere of yewellery trade. However, it should be mentioned that due to many reasons a lot of aspects connected with functioning of precious metal goods market in China have not been highlighted in research of Russian authors. In spite of the fact that the country is the second biggest economy in the world and takes the leading position in the list of foreign trade partners of Russia, information about the situation in yewellery industry of China is very limited. It can sound strange, especially if we take into account the fact that in 2014 China became the world leader both in production and consumption of gold and its share of consumption of yewellery goods made 41,2%. More and more overseas companies are expanding to the Chinese market. The authors show that China with its promising market of yewellery goods could become a profitable partner for the Russian Federation.

Abstract
The article deals with complex analysis of pre-conditions of setting-up and basic lines of credit and investment policy of the New Bank of Development in BRICS. By comparing the New Bank of Development with other Banks of Development it was shown that it is going to be independent from G7 countries and act as an alternative international institution of development. In the long-run it can compete with the Group of World Bank. The author comes to the conclusion that Russia's participation in the New Bank could be a favourable factor for raising international investment for Russian projects and could foster economic relations with China.
