Abstract
The issue of mathematics education of economists has become more acute due to new educational paradigm accepted in standards of the third generation. The competence approach envisages subject support of professional competences of graduates of higher economics school. Mathematics in economics specializations acts as a cultural competence and cannot affect professional competences of economists. The article provides pedagogical technology for assessing the quality of mathematics training of economists by checking their skills of making mathematic calculations which can be necessary in their professional work. Along with substantiation of the given technology the author shows how to compile tests in this format.

Abstract
The article presents methodological approach to choosing product range groups and product brands. Monitoring of prices for some of them in times of economic recession defined by specific conditions of market situation could help to solve three-aspect problem: to motivate trade enterprises to invest in prices, to support the level and structure of consumption of the population in Russia and to foster support for Russian manufacturers, whose goods by correlation between quality and price can meet expectations of buyers sensitive to price level. It was shown that the basis for choosing product brands for price monitoring must be the research information about consumer preferences.

Abstract
The assessment of quality of training is the cornerstone of processes of stimulation of educational activity of the student, quality management of training, management of training as process of development of new knowledge etc. Generally the assessment of knowledge is casual size. Qualifying standards of modern employers to the young expert set thinking on more differentiated approach to an assessment of level of knowledge. In article authors offered mathematical model of estimation of level of knowledge of the student which input parameters are the volume and complexity of test tasks and an aprioristic assessment of level of knowledge of the student. Thus it is supposed that quality of performance of test tasks is characterized by some continuous indicator.

Abstract
The analysis of default correlation is especially acute in conditions of the current finance crisis. The article discusses examples of using the binominal model of default distribution in certain cases. The author formulated and proved the equation about types of correlations to solve the task of finding the function of distribution of default possibilities in the general case. This methodology can provide an opportunity to get the vector of elementary possibilities through the known set of max default possibilities of each company and max pair possibilities of default of interconnected companies as a solution for the system of linear and linear-logarithmic model of the system. The author offers ways to simplify the model of the system. The findings can be used both for risk management and credit derivatives in general.

Abstract
The article considers possibilities of using indicative planning to modernize Russian economy. Topicality of the subject is connected with problems facing our country in conditions of changing price proportions and altering international chains of cooperation. The authors came to the conclusion that indicative planning implies three different approaches to planning and economy management: information-oriented, organizational and program-targeted. By analyzing the practice of budget programming existing in our country they draw a conclusion that program-targeted approach to planning has serious drawbacks exacerbated by subjective errors in its use. In authors' point of view the most suitable for our country approach is organizational which combines well-balanced economic planning and the system of state regulation of economy.

Abstract
Next to everything we use today is produced by virtual enterprises. Fast development of technologies, wide proliferation of cloud services, upgrading means of big data processing and storage, virtualization is changing our ideas not only about modern enterprise but also about ways of building advanced corporate information systems (CIS). In conditions of continuously changing user requests to design a stable set of CIS services means for supplier to lose a considerable part of potential customers. The foundation of virtual enterprises acting actually as information systems of the new type includes a dynamic composition of services which can help to change quickly the current composition and to design a composition of a new enterprise using the core services. The authors propose to use the theory of formal grammar as a means of supporting the automated composition of services of virtual enterprise based on algorithms of intellectual planning.

Abstract
Methods of classification by nature of decision-making divide on methods using global optimization (all training samples are used), and local optimization (only samples in the neighbourhood of the studied object are used). The perspective direction of research is combination of advantages of each approach in one integrated classifier. In article the method of combination of these approaches by embedding of local metric features into the approach using global optimization is proposed. This approach is shown for a case when the classifier using global optimization is random forest and extra random trees. Various variants of metric features are evaluated. Performance of the proposed approach is illustrated on the forest cover type prediction task, where it leads to significant improvement in classification accuracy.
