Abstract
Social investment means investment not only into market economy but in society development. Green color is often used to mark such investment. In social investing both the character of investment project and the method of attaining result are important, the latter does not imply only investment and project profitability. As a result social investment is characterized by lower profit-making capacity. It builds the economic foundation for relatively cheap transition of economy to a new material base in the field of advanced power engineering and in respect to the environment. Social investing is also characterized by morality, therefore it turns into a specific opposition to traditional market investing, which, in spite of low profit-making capacity of social investing, does not motivate saving owners to increase private consumption. The authors show that social investing can be used as a tool of political struggle in today’s world. Under the pretext of obligatory investing into attaining universal human goals industrialized countries try to retain their leading position in the world.

Abstract
The article analyzes the term ‘digitalization’, identifies its specific features implying that this term, in spite of transformations due to complexity of tasks being resolved, does not lose its initial meaning. On the contrary, it was supplemented by new features that do not contradict to the primary definition but make it more topical in view of current objectives. On the basis of obtained results the term ‘information support of management’ was specified. At the present stage of society development the notion of information for providing optimal managerial decision should be understood as the information received by processing such volumes of data, which cannot be processed directly by person. The author shows the use of artificial neuron networks to provide the information support of management. The article substantiates that in order to improve the quality of management in the current conditions it is possible to use tools meant for analyzing big data. It is underlined that we can use data from different sources, internal and external ones. Reliability of these findings was demonstrated by processing the vacancy sample at enterprises of steel-making industry. Abstract
There are various mechanisms of developing tourism on the regional level, which are based on different methods and approaches. The article shows that managing tourism on the region level is carried out within the frames of classic functions of the management theory. At the same time the sectoral level of the coordinated development of tourism is closely related to the regional one and it can be attributed, as well as the regional one, to the mezzo-level of tourism management. In our opinion, it is necessary to distinguish these levels of coordinated development. The need to single out the sectoral level of coordinated development of tourism today is connected with wide proliferation, both in practice and in theory, the ideas of cluster approach to the development of travel industry. To analyze and work out proposals dealing with upgrading mechanisms of managing social and economic development of the region on the basis of tourism on the regional, sectoral and micro-levels it is possible to use the integrated approach.

Abstract
The article studies the use of drug-store chain clusterization and determines strategy of work with each of the clusters, which is necessary because key work parameters of drug-store chains, such as selling speed, the number of brands of the company being investigated in the chain, the condition of stores, availability of strong competitors in the chain selling must be verified. Another reason is complexity of company resource distribution to build communications with drug-store chains (representatives’ calls) and products themselves among drug-store chains. To resolve the problem of drug-store clusterization k-means method based on the assessment of the company share and the share of a concrete brand in the drug-store chain was chosen for the research. As metrics for identifying the quality of obtained results ‘silhouette’ was chosen, i.e. the form of a cluster set representation. Its factor is equal to 0.514, which testifies to rather high accuracy of results and possibility to introduce this algorithm into real business practice. By cluster analyzing the multitude of drug-store chains a set of three clusters was identified. On the basis of these results of clusterization and current business requirements for each cluster a number of recommendations were put forward aimed at interaction between the pharmaceutical company and drug-store chains in the aspect of assessing the competition environment, analyzing selling speed and re-filling stocks of the chain, frequency of pharmaceutical representatives’ calls to drug-store chains. The findings of the research allowed us to draw a conclusion that any method of clusterization of drug-store data should be renewed in view of the quality of result interpretation, topicality of initial criteria of clusterization and should be corrected proceeding from business requirements, which arrive from marketer teams and managers on medicine categories and separate brands.

Abstract

Today the issue of diversification in planning and strategy on corporate level is extremely acute. Unsustainable condition of global economy during the pandemic stepped up the necessity of diversification both on corporate level and on smaller ones. Apart from that, global uncertainty influences economy of separate countries and concrete industries and companies, which try to stay afloat by using all the reserves prepared in advance. The issue of insufficient or excessive diversification in the company work which is studied in the article, is obvious though its roots are deep inside many companies, some of them are the biggest organizations of the world. How can the head of the organization find out whether adequate amount of money is invested in the development of alternative sources of profit or making new brands increasing the company sustainability or whether the ‘safety bag’ made up during successful period of company work will be sufficient? Perhaps, the saved reserves mean inefficiently used resources and it could have been possible to grow much faster by investing in production process. Questions put forward by decision-makers are endless. The author of the article proposes to study the problem, identify the optimum way of diversification on corporate level and to discuss experience of biggest companies, which is acute today. This topic can be interested for all entities dealing with management of their own projects, irrespective of their size, as key issues of diversification and strategic planning tend to get more complicated and can be used to settle other difficult situations.

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of pursuing company assortment policy, which is aimed at meeting buyers’ needs by joint creation of customer value. Within the frames of this approach the author analyzes existing concepts of building delivery chains and substantiates the use of the concept of building delivery chains from the customer. The role of category management in the context of relation marketing is shown. Participant groups of building customer value chains are identified and the system of their interrelations is demonstrated as the most important element of assortment policy effectiveness. The author puts forward a hypothesis about conflict of interests of participants in customer value chains, in spite of the common goal, i.e. maximum satisfaction of buyers’ needs. On this basis the preconditions of such conflicts of interests in these groups are investigated and steps aimed at their elimination are proposed, whose implementation can raise effectiveness of partner interrelations and therefore, efficiency of company assortment policy targeted at meeting customer needs.
